A standout feature of Villa Magnolia is the very cool projector screen located in the covered dining area in the garden allowing guests to enjoy movies outdoors on warm summer evenings.

Villa Magnolia enjoys a peaceful countryside setting and borders the Garraf Natural Park with its beautiful wide open spaces and hundreds of kms of hiking and biking trails. Despite its tranquil location, it’s still only a 15-minute drive to the highly popular and bustling resort of Sitges with its bars, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches, and only 40 minutes from the world-famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona.

ACCOMMODATION

The interior of Villa Magnolia is bright, uncluttered, spacious and features large open-plan communal areas arranged over 3 floors as follows;

Entrance Level

The villa entrance leads into a spacious hallway with stairs to the left that lead to the other floors. To the right is the large, bright, and airy open-plan living space with high ceilings and access to a large terrace. The open plan living space includes a lounge area with TV, a small dining table and kitchen.

The modern kitchen is open and light with windows on two sides offering lovely views of the garden and hills beyond. Furnished with plenty of storage space, the kitchen is fully equipped and inspiring to cook in with everything needed for a great holiday, including fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and induction hob. There are bar stools at the island counter for friends or family to help or chat with.

3 of the 6 bedrooms are located on this level, 2 doubles and a triple, all are spacious and tastefully furnished. There is also a large family bathroom located adjacent to these bedrooms.

Upper Level

A mezzanine style landing on this floor provides access to a fantastic master suite, complete with a large double bed and a single day bed, ensuite bathroom, wardrobe and a large private terrace with great views overlooking the swimming pool and the beautiful hills beyond. This room is air-conditioned.

There is an office style desk and chair on the mezzanine landing offering a quiet retreat if required.

Lower Level

The lower level houses a huge communal area, complete with a full summer kitchen, a large dining table able to seat 16 guests and a comfortable chill out area with TV. There are sliding doors giving direct access to the garden, pool, covered dining area and chill out areas. Attached to the lounge is a large tiled bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.

There is access to a split-level annex, which offers a further two bedrooms, one double and one twin.

Villa Magnolia sleeps up to 13/14 guests in 6 bedrooms arranged as follows;

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – Top Floor – large master with A/C, ensuite bathroom, wardrobe & terrace.  This room also has a single day bed if required.
Bedroom 2 – Entrance Level – double with wardrobes with A/C
Bedroom 3 – Entrance Level – double with wardrobes with A/C
Bedroom 4 – Entrance Level – triple room with bunk beds & single bed.
Bedroom 5 – Lower Level – double bed with wardrobes.
Bedroom 6 – Lower Level – twin bedroom.

Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1 – Top Floor – master ensuite with bath, separate shower, WC & washbasin.
Bathroom 2 – Entrance Level – family bathroom with shower, WC & washbasin.
Bathroom 3 – Lower Level – bathroom with large shower, WC & washbasin.

OUTSIDE SPACES

The cool outdoor space at Villa Magnolia is a major feature of this property and has been designed to take maximum advantage of the wonderful climate. The superb 8m x 4m private swimming pool is surrounded by artificial grass and sunbeds with plenty of space for sunbathing. There are chill-out spaces for relaxation as well as a covered dining area complete with gas BBQ, ideal for enjoying Mediterranean style al-fresco dining any time of the day.

There is a summer kitchen on the lower level of the house that opens onto the garden and is perfectly located to serve the outdoor dining area.

The covered dining area also features a large projector screen so that guests can enjoy classic movies outside on warm summer evenings. All the family will love the ping pong table located on the lawn.
