The living room is spacious and bright with a comfortable sofa and armchair as well as two classic style chairs and a large TV (Apple). This room also features an attractive fireplace and bookshelves with plenty of reading material. There are two sets of French doors that lead out to the gardens and pool area. The living room also directly connects to the kitchen.

The kitchen can be accessed either from the living room, the hallway or the dining room. The modern and spacious American style kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar as well as doors leading out to the terrace at the rear of the house. The kitchen also has stairs leading down to the studio which has a sofa bed for sleeping an additional person with an additional bathroom.

The dining room can be accessed from the entrance hallway or from the kitchen. It is a charming and traditional style room with an impressive dining table that can comfortably seat up to eight guests under the light of a grand chandelier. There is also a fireplace for those cooler out of season evenings.

The First Floor

There are stairs leading from the hallway to the first floor. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are located on this floor along with two bathrooms and a large terrace.

The Top Floor

Bedroom 4 is located on the top floor that has a great private roof terrace with a hand painted mural of Sitges, a dining table with seating for 4 guests as well as 2 sun loungers. This floor also features a utility room with washing machine for guest use. This room has an A/C unit.

Villa Sofia sleeps up to 8/9 guests in 4 bedrooms arranged as follows;

BEDROOMS – All bedrooms have A/C

Bedroom 1 – Elegant and spacious master suite with dressing room & large ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin & toilet.
Bedroom 2 –  Large twin bedroom with space for extra bed.
Bedroom 3 –  Double bedroom with with its own large terrace overlooking the pool area and gardens.
Bedroom 4* – Double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, and doors leading out to the beautiful roof terrace. There is a bathroom across the hallway for convenience.

An additional person can sleep in the Studio on a Sofa bed, there is also a bathroom in the basement.

* Please not that bedroom 4 has a slightly sloping ceiling with reduced head room above the bed.

GARDENS AND POOL AREA

Villa Sofia is set within 1,000 m2 of beautiful gardens with level lawns, beautiful flowers and Mediterranean plants. The center-piece of the garden has to be the fantastic 10m x 5m private swimming pool with ample space for sunbathing all around.

There is a spacious outdoor dining area located to the side of the house next to the kitchen with a large dining table with seating for 10 guests and a Weber BBQ. This is the perfect space for al-fresco dining. There is also a covered outdoor area with comfortable seating and low table and also ceiling fans for comfort on those warmer evenings.
