To the right of the living area and by the kitchen entrance is by the open-plan dining area that offers dining table and seating for 6/8 guests.

The kitchen, which is accessed from the entrance hallway and the open-plan dining area, is modern, bright, spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. There is ample work surface, a 5-ring gas hob, double oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, table and chairs and direct access out onto the gardens.

Accessed from the hallway there is the first of the four double bedrooms. This bedroom is light and spacious with built in wardrobes. Also situated on the ground floor is a large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Top Floor

From the main hallway there are stairs leading to the top floor of the villa giving access to a further 3 double bedrooms and an open-plan chilling area with a comfortable sofa and two arm chairs with doors leading out to another private terrace.

The large master-suite has a beautiful ensuite bathroom incorporated into the room with double sinks, large walk-in double shower and restroom. This bedroom also features a large walk-in dressing room. This bedroom enjoys a large private terrace that overlooks the swimming pool area.

The remaining two double bedrooms on this floor are both well proportioned and share a bathroom.

The Lower Level with Studio

From the main hallway there are stairs leading down to the lower level. This level has a self-contained studio which can be accessed from either inside the house or directly from the garden via double sliding doors.  It offers a large double bed, sofa lounge area and small kitchen and separate private bathroom.

Behind the studio and separate is a cool open-plan living area complete with table tennis table and gym area and separate bathroom. The lower level has direct access to the side of the villa that leads up to the pool area. It’s the perfect place to escape the mid day sun and have some family fun.

Villa Olivia has a large flat garden with attractive volcanic stone surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean plants and palms. The centerpiece of the garden is without doubt the large and beautiful swimming pool. There is plenty of terrace area for sunbathing, relaxing and al fresco dining.

There is also covered terrace area with BBQ, dining table and chairs as well as a chill-out area with sofa and chaise longue.

There is also a conveniently located outdoor shower for pool use.
