Villa Nalla is a perfectly presented family holiday villa situated in a sunny position amongst the pine scented hills of Mas Mestre and offering everything necessary for a great family holiday in the sun including large gardens, spacious terraces and beautiful 8m x 4m swimming pool.

The villa is conveniently located at the hub of the Mas Mestre residential area and just a short walk to a bar, restaurant, public swimming pool and local tennis courts. Vibrant Sitges with its beautiful sandy beaches is just 10 minutes by car. The villa also just a 5-minute drive to the small town of St Pere De Ribes with its supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants.

The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away while numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip.

ACCOMMODATION

Villa Nalla is a single story property and so there are no stairs for younger or older guests to worry about.

The villa is entered through lush gardens with a paved path leading up to the front door. The door opens directly into the bright and spacious open-plan living space combining both lounge and dining areas.

The living room is tastefully furnished with two comfortable leather sofas, an armchair, coffee table, a large TV with local channels and music system. The dining area has a solid wood table with seating for up to 6 guests and an additional sofa.

Large sliding doors in both the lounge and dining area flood the rooms with sunlight and offer direct access to the pool area.

The kitchen at Villa Nalla is modern and fully equipped with large a fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, gas hob, oven and all necessary utensils. There is plenty of workspace on which to prepare family meals.

From the dining area there is access to two individual hallways. The first hallway leads to 3 bedrooms and a large family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are spacious doubles and the other is a twin.

The second hallway located at the far end of the dining area leads to a large and very impressive master-suite with ensuite bathroom and large built-in wardrobes. There are doors leading out to the swimming pool area and gardens.

Good to know

– There is A/C in the master suite and open plan living area. All other rooms have fans.

– Sitges and beaches are a 12-minute drive.

– Nearest supermarkets, bakeries etc. 5-minute drive.

– There is a bar/café within walking distance. The bar also has tennis courts and a large outdoor communal swimming pool. These facilities are only open in the summer.

– Although a local bus and taxi service is available we recommend hiring a car in order to fully enjoy the local amenities and attractions.

– There is off street parking for 2 cars and plenty of street parking around the villa.
