ENTRANCE LEVEL

Villa Hermosa is located in a secluded complex of 6 houses, and is accessed via a small private road. The entrance to the villa is through a pretty private courtyard furnished with lush Mediterranean plants, this courtyard also has steps leading down to the pool area.

The front door opens into the open plan living area with the kitchen to the left and the tiered dining and living room area to the right. Straight ahead are stairs leading down to the studio.

The open plan living area begins with a bright, spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen on the left and overlooks the dining and living room area to the right. There is also a conveniently located laundry area with fridge-freezer, so it has everything necessary for a great family holiday.

A few steps down from the front door is a stylish dining area which comfortably seats 10 guests. From here there is a lovely feature staircase leading up to four double bedrooms.

Two steps down from the dining area is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV and a large open fireplace. The living area has two double doors providing direct access to a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

There is an outdoor dining set for 12 guests for al-fresco dining with a sofa area for relaxing and soaking up the spectacular views over Sitges and the sea. The terrace has sun shades that extend out to protect you from the hot midday sun and also provide more privacy. In addition, the terrace has a security gate and staircase down to the pool area and another covered terrace.

Next to the front door is a cloakroom toilet and washbasin.

TOP FLOOR

There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. The beautiful master bedroom has a double bed (180 cm) and offers plenty of built-in wardrobe space. Ceiling fan and air-conditioning are provided for guest comfort and there is an ensuite fully tiled bathroom with double vanity unit and large walk-in shower. This bedroom boasts its own private terrace, perfect for enjoying those spectacular sunsets and views over Sitges and the sea.

There are three further double/twin bedrooms with wardrobes and ceiling fans (two of which can be configured as twin beds (90cm x 200cm) to suit guests requirements), plus a spacious family bathroom with large walk-in shower and double washbasins.

The second double bedroom also benefits from a private terrace with views over the entrance to the villa. All the bedrooms have whitewashed walls and crisp white linens with added splashes of colour. The bathrooms have high-quality fixtures & fittings with vanity units and showers.

LOWER LEVEL

The studio is accessed from the stairs in the hallway. The stairs lead into the double bedroom which then leads on to an open-plan lounge area/play room with TV, PlayStation and fireplace with a sofa bed for extra guests if required. The lounge area has large sliding doors leading out to the covered terrace and pool area.

The lovely bedroom area is usually prepared as a double bed (180cms) but can also be two singles. There is an air-conditioning unit, wardrobe and a small bathroom with shower, which can also be accessed directly from the pool area if required.

Villa Hermosa can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms arranged as follows:

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 – 1st floor – Double with ensuite shower & toilet, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan, A/C & private terrace with Sitges views.

Bedroom 2 – 1st floor – Double or Twin with wardrobe, ceiling fan & private terrace overlooking the villa entrance.

Bedroom 3 – 1st floor –  Double or twin with wardrobe & ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4 –  1st floor – Double or Twin small room with wardrobe & ceiling fan.

Bedroom 5 –  Lower floor – Double or Twin bedroom with wardrobe, A/C, ceiling fan. Studio living room with sofa bed (140 x 200cm), TV, PlayStation. There is also a shower room with toilet for this bedroom and useful when enjoying the swimming pool area.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 – 1st floor –  large walk-in shower, double washbasin & toilet.

Bathroom 2 –  Ensuite with walk-in shower, double washbasin unit & toilet.

Bathroom 3 –  Lower floor – shower, washbasin & toilet. (two doors with access from the bedroom or the covered terrace area)

Bathroom 4 – Guest toilet & washbasin.

GARDEN AND POOL AREA

The attractive private swimming pool is the main feature of the garden area and there is plenty of space for sunbathing with 8 sun loungers and side tables for drinks. There is also a covered chill-out terrace at pool level for relaxing with comfortable low level sofas and table. A small kitchen unit with BBQ (Weber Gas), sink, fridge and coffee machine is tucked away to the side, all very convenient for preparing poolside drinks and snacks.

The pool area and gardens are perfectly positioned to take maximum advantage of the fantastic views across Sitges and out to sea.
