GROUND FLOOR

You enter via the garden gate to a paved pathway with three shallow steps leading through the large lawned garden & pool area to the villa. Entering the spacious hallway, there are stairs to the left leading up to the lower and upper floors.

To the right of the hall is the Master Suite: a large double bed with bedside tables, two windows overlooking the garden & pool, a dressing area and ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet plus air-conditioning. There are two more bright double rooms plus a family bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. All of which have air conditioning units.

To the left of the hallway, past the stairs, we enter a sunny dining area seating 8 guests, and a piano for music lovers. There are large french doors offering lovely garden and pool views leading out to a paved patio with low level chairs and coffee table for relaxing, adjacent to a large covered dining area with BBQ. Perfect for alfresco dining on warm evenings.

A large stone archway from the dining area leads to a comfortable lounge with L-shaped sofa, coffee table, TV unit and a stone fireplace.

The kitchen, accessed from the lounge and hallway, is very large and bright with windows on two sides offering lovely views of the garden and hills beyond. Furnished with plenty of cupboard space, the wooden kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need for a great holiday, including fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and induction hob. There is a casual dining area with high table for four people.

UPPER FLOOR

The staircase from the ground floor leads up to the upper floor landing. To the right is a small shower room and toilet with washbasin. Straight ahead is a double bedroom with wardrobe & air-conditioning and a delightful terrace on each side of the room with views of the pool and garden on one side and the hills on the other.

Another door from the landing leads through to a sitting area, furnished with an L-shaped sofa and a shelving unit, with a terrace and more lovely views.

From the sitting area, there is a door through to another double bedroom with wardrobe, dressing table area and side garden views (no air-conditioning but fan if required).

Accessed from this bedroom, or the sitting area, is a huge bathroom stylishly designed with skylight window, built-in bath, large walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet.

LOWER FLOOR

A tiled staircase leads down to another large lounge area with comfortable sofa and armchair seating, plus a dining table for 4 guests. The lounge has sliding doors leading to the lower garden area, which leads out to the decked patio with bistro chairs and table, lawned area with artificial grass, a wooden decked area with trampoline to the side, optional car parking space and a drying area.

On each side of the lounge is a double bedroom with small chest of drawers and lower garden views.

To the left of the lounge is a tiled bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.

This lower level has parquet floors, no air-conditioning, but it is quite cool.

Bedroom 1 –  Ground Floor – master suite double with A/C, ensuite shower room & walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 – Ground Floor – double with wardrobes & A/C.
Bedroom 3 – Ground Floor – double with wardrobes & A/C.
Bedroom 4 – Upper Level – double bed, A/C, wardrobes & two terraces.
Bedroom 5 – Upper Level – double pink bed with wardrobes, vanity unit & direct access to the bathroom.
Bedroom 6 – Lower Level – double with chest of drawers & garden view.
Bedroom 7 – Lower Level – double with chest of drawers & garden views.

Extra sleeping to accommodate up to 16 guests is provided by Z-beds.

GARDEN AND POOL AREA

A wonderfully spacious garden with several mature palm trees for shade, bushes and lush planting with artificial lawned area and 2 covered terraces, providing plenty of different areas to play games, relax in the sun during the day and enjoy al-fresco dining in the evenings.

A large terrace leads out from the dining room and boasts a built-in Argentinian grill BBQ with adjacent washbasin, plus an additional egg BBQ for easy outdoor cooking. It has retractable canvas cover for shade and wooden table & bench seating to serve 16 guests. To the side is a chillout-terrace with comfortable outdoor chairs, and coffee table. A wonderful space for socialising and informal dining day or night.

There are 8 sunbeds available by the swimming pool, which has shallow steps leading in, so perfect for smaller children to come in and out. There is plenty to keep the children entertained with a large trampoline and a lawned area on the lower level too.
