Apartment Amaretto is a delightful holiday apartment that has just been tastefully remodelled and decorated. It has an excellent location just a short walk to the seafront and beaches and with the town centre within easy reach.
It has 3 well furnished bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, with an open plan living / dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
The balcony overlooks the large communal gardens with pleasant lawned areas and lush Mediterranean plants surrounding the wonderful 11m x 5m swimming pool.
ACCOMMODATION
The bedrooms have A/C and are tastefully furnished and the beds are very comfortable with the following layout:
Bedroom One – Double Bed with built-in wardrobes.
Bedroom Two – Double bed with a music system.
Bedroom Three – Twin beds with built in wardrobes.
The two bathrooms have been completely refurbished and are modern, cool and clean:
Bathroom One – wet shower, sink and toilet
Bathroom Two – large shower, bidet, toilet and sink
The kitchen has also been completely remodeled and is fully equipped with oven, four ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
There is a utility room with a washing machine for guest use.
The open plan living room/ dining area is tastefully furnished and comfortable with a large sofa and coffee table and an air conditioning unit.
The dining area has a large table with 4 chairs and a bench. Off the living room is a small balcony with a table and chair enjoying views overlooking the pool area.
OUTSIDE SPACES
The community area features a large 11m x 5m pool, surrounded by a nice lawn and lush Mediterranean plants. There is also table tennis available.
The apartment is located on the third floor with an fully operating elevator. There is also an allocated secure parking space in the community area.
The beach is a 4 minute walk away and the town is a 10 minute walk. Perfectly located to enjoy your holiday in Sitges.
