This beautifully presented, detached holiday villa is located in the pine-covered hills of Mas Mestre, just a 12-minute drive (16km) from the highly popular and bustling resort of Sitges with its bars, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches, and only 40 minutes from the world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona.

Villa Pasadena is a very spacious holiday home sleeping up to 14 guests (plus 2 infants), with a large walled garden and pool. Recent additions have thoughtfully enhanced the sunny and peaceful garden and also added a home cinema room. 

The centrepiece of the 960m2 of landscaped gardens is the lovely 8m x 4m swimming pool. Around the pool is a sunny artifically lawned area with large covered terraces on 2 sides of the villa, plus a shady pergola providing plenty of space to play, eat, sunbathe or simply relax and enjoy the spectacular countryside views. 

Villa Pasadena offers the best of both worlds - a relaxing holiday retreat in a natural and peaceful location and yet within easy reach of so many attractions.

The villa is close to the Penedes wine region, the home of world famous Cava producers such as Freixenet and Codorníu. Other highly popular holiday attractions such as Port Aventura, Costa Caribe and Ferrari Land are all within an hour's drive.

The area also offers unlimited opportunities for sports and activities such as golf, mountain biking, hiking and numerous water sports. 


The interior decor of the villa is bright and contemporary with several feature wall details, beige ceramic floor tiles and spacious living areas. There are 4 large double rooms plus a cinema room/family room with a double bed & double sofa bed and plenty of comfortable sofas and armchairs for relaxing. The villa has air-conditioning and satellite TV in all bedrooms for guest comfort and is equipped to the standard expected of a high-quality holiday home.

Villa Pasadena offers 360m2 of living space distributed over 2 floors as follows:

Main Floor

Entering at garden and pool level, there is a large, bright hallway with doors leading to the spacious living/dining room and a separate kitchen with utility area, plus cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. The contemporary style kitchen has modern appliances and is fully equipped with everything you will need for a great family holiday.  The kitchen also has access to the gardens.

The recently updated lounge/dining room has comfortable leather sofas, coffee tables, satellite TV & DVD player and a dining table with seating for 8 guests with an open feature staircase leading to the other levels. This room has sliding door access to a covered BBQ dining terrace, with comfortable outdoor dining for 8 guests, plus extra picnic seating, adjacent to the pool and garden.

Lower floor

The very spacious master suite has a large built-in wardrobe area, dressing table, floor-to-ceiling window with stunning countryside views, and a high quality en-suite bathroom with double sink, toilet, bidet, full bath and separate shower.  

There are 2 more large double bedrooms with wardrobes and a TV in each room, along with the impressive and spacious, open-plan cinema room with sleeping area for up to 4 guests (double bed plus double sofa bed).

The Cinema room is also comfortably furnished with sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, there is an HD projector and high-quality surround sound with an extensive film library sure to keep all ages entertained.

On this level is also a bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Upper floor 

The spacious family room is located on this level and is suitable furnished for 4 guests with a double and two single beds, along with a sofa, wardrobe and TV.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning, satellite TV,  tiled floors, good wardrobe space, feature walls and lovely countryside views.  


Bedroom 1 - Lower Floor - Mastersuite with full ensuite & built-in wardrobes with access to the gardens.

Bedroom 2 -  Lower Floor - (New York) Double with wardrobe. 

Bedroom 3 -  Lower Floor - (Venice) Double with wardrobe.

Bedroom 4 - Lower Floor - Family (Cinema) room with double bed & double sofa bed.

Bedroom 5 - Upper Floor - Family room with double & two single beds, wardrobe. 


Bathroom 1 - Ensuite with bath, separate shower, WC, bidet & double washbasin.

Bathroom 2 - Large shower, WC, bidet & washbasin.

Bathroom 3 - Large shower, WC & washbasin.

The walled-garden has several trees and lush planting with a lawned area and covered terraces, providing plenty of different spaces in which to relax in the sun during the day and enjoy al-fresco eating in the warm evenings.   

The covered dining terrace leads out from the lounge/dining room with a further chill out-terrace to the side with comfortable outdoor sofas, chairs, and coffee table.

There is also a quiet shaded pergola area to the side with additional seating and curtains for shade from the hot afternoon sun. The fantastic swimming pool has shallow steps going into the pool, perfect for the children to come in and out (depth 1-1.5m).


- A car is essential for guests staying at Villa Pasadena.

- There is plenty of free street parking outside the villa and no permits are required.

- There is a sound system compatible with IPod & IPhones.

- There are 2 sunbeds & plenty of outdoor seating.

- The villa is suitable for elderly guests but there are stairs to the bedroom.

- A cot and high chair are available for infants.

- Pets are allowed with restrictions.

- Villa Pasadena is managed by the owners.
