This traditional Mediterranean style holiday villa situated in a secluded position amongst the scented pines of Mas Mestre enjoys a beautiful view from most windows of the villa and comes with a nice garden 8m x 4m private swimming pool.

Despite its peaceful location, Villa Belena is just a 10-minutes drive through beautiful vineyards and mountains to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges with its abundance of boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches.

The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away while numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip.

The area also offers unlimited opportunities for sports and activities such as mountain biking, hill walking, tennis and numerous water sports.

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance Level
Villa Belena is located on a side of a hill, and is entered from the middle level. From the front door the villa wraps round the center staircase that gives access to the other floors. To the left there is the bright and spacious living room with French doors leading out to a balcony that offers views over the pool area and the surrounding hills. The living room is comfortably furnished with two sofas and a television. It also has an air conditioning unit.

The living room wraps round to a dining area with seating for 8 which then connects to the fully equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen has access to the BBQ area with an outdoor dining table for 10 people. The dining area is located to the side of the villa that connects down to the pool area. It is all perfectly organized and laid out well to maximize the enjoyment of al fresco dining.

The kitchen can also be accessed to the right as you enter the middle level.

From the middle level there are stairs going up to the bedrooms and another door leading to the guest toilet.

Top Floor
The top floor gives access to the three bedrooms, two of which have spectacular views over the surrounding hills.

The bedrooms are as follows:

Bedroom 1 – Master suite with double bed and ensuite bathroom, small balcony and A/C.
Bedroom 2 – Double bedroom with views across the hills.
Bedroom 3 – Small twin bedroom with views over the entrance of the villa.

(Note: Bedroom 2 and 3 share an additional bathroom on the same floor.)

Lower Floor
From the main entrance there are stairs going down to a large room which is home to the Ping Pong table.

Outside Space
The villa has a beautiful 8m x 4m swimming pool with plenty of space to sunbath and relax taking in the stunning view of the surrounding Garraf natural park. The pool can also be closed off by a gate to control access for small children.

There is a full BBQ with a dining table for up to 8 people located to the side of the villa, and access down to the pool area.

The villa has mosquito nets on all the windows and two A/C units in the living room and master bedroom to help you remain comfortable during your stay.

There is off street parking for one car.

Wir haben die VILLA BELENA eine Woche lang genossen. Im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes: wir haben uns nicht von dieser wunderbaren Ecke entfernt, die das Massif del Garraf krönt. Es ist ein echter Aussichtspunkt. Eine Villa, die alle Bedingungen erfüllt, um dem Stress der Stadt zu entkommen. Abschalten, ausruhen, den schönen Pool genießen. Die Villa hat alles, was man sich wünschen und brauchen könnte. Das Team von SITGES HILLS VILLAS war sehr effizient bei der Lösung einiger kleinerer Probleme.
