Sleeps 11 (5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms) - Villa Suria is a strikingly attractive Ibizan style villa nestling in the rolling hills of Can Suria and only a 15-minute drive along the beautiful valley road to Sitges and beaches. The villa offers 180sqm of living space designed in a classic Mediterranean style with cool terracota tiled floors, whitewashed walls and pretty arches.

The villa features a good sized private swimming pool with large sunbathing area which enjoys extensive views over the surrounding hills. The villa also features a multi-gym in the garage.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house plus an additional 1 bedroom and living room with softa bed and bathroom in a seperate suite adjacent to the pool area. All of the rooms in the villa are spacious, light and airy.

The lounge, dining area and kitchen are layed out in a bright and spacious open plan design. The lounge area is large and comfortably furnished with an open fireplace for cosy out of season evenings.

Villa Suria can comfortably sleep up to 11 people in 5 bedrooms arranged as follows;

Apartment

There are 2 bathrooms in the main house - one with bath and one with a shower. There is also a full bathroom in the apartment.

There is plenty of free street parking outside the villa.

OTHER INFORMATION
Although a local bus and taxi service is available we do recommend hiring a car in order to fully enjoy the local amenities and attractions.

Unfortunately, this Villa Suria is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Change over day is Friday for peak season.

Weekend breaks are available out of season so please enquire for rates and availability.
