Despite its peaceful location the villa is only a 15 minute drive through attractive vineyards and mountains to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges and its excellent, child friendly beaches.

Villa Ibiza is a large holiday villa featuring 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large private swimming pool, a fully fitted outside kitchen, separate guest house and a sports area. The interior has a strong Mediterranean flavour with beamed ceilings, cool terracotta tiled floors and stylish furniture.

There is plenty of outside terrace space for relaxed al fresco dining on the warm summer evenings and the fully equiped outside kitchen makes outdoor cooking a delight.

The villa has a beautiful 8 x 4 meter swimming pool exclusively for guest use and a large tiled sunbathing area. There are great views of the surrounding hills from the pool and terraces. The villa is surrounded by 2,000 sqm of attractive gardens, which are well stocked with palms and Mediterranean plants offering cool shady corners during the heat of the day. There are 3 outside terraces with plenty of furniture.

Lounge Area
The spacious lounge enjoys satellite TV, an open fireplace for those cooler out of season nights, and comfortable sofas from which to enjoy the stunning views. There is also a seperate office with ADSL connection.

Kitchen
The luxury american style kitchen features a 4 ring gas cooker, wok cooker, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, a dishwasher, a 90 cm wide oven, 2 taps, winery, 2 hobs and a coffee machine. There is also another fully equiped outdoor kitchen amd BBQ for summer cooking.

There is plenty of secure off-street and free street parking outside the villa.

OTHER INFORMATION
Although a local bus and taxi service is available we do recommend hiring a car in order to fully enjoy the local amenities and attractions.

Unfortunately, this Villa Ibiza is not suitable for wheelchair users.
