Sleeps 9 (4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms) - Villa San Marti is a perfectly presented modern Mediterranean style holiday villa situated in a secluded position amongst the scented pines of Las Colinas and enjoying a beautiful large garden with delightful 8x3m swimming pool. The villa benefits from the fact that there are no surrounding properties ensuring complete privacy and a tranquil setting for your holiday.

Although Villa San Marti is recently built, the elegant design of the building and thoughtful consideration for light and colour in the interior creates a wonderful Mediterranean character.

Despite its peaceful location, Villa San Marti is only a 12-minute drive through beautiful vineyards and mountains to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges with its abundance of boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches. The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away while numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip.

ACCOMMODATION
Villa San Marti is an impeccably presented holiday home providing ideal accommodation and facilities for a family holiday in the sun.

Ground Floor
Villa San Marti is entered from the lower level with the front door to the side of the building. The visitor is greeted with a spacious and attractive entrance hallway leading to a large living room and dining area featuring sliding doors providing direct access out onto the pool area and garden. The living room is tastefully decorated in Mediterranean colours and features two large and very comfortable sofas, a fireplace for the cooler out of season eveinings, TV, DVD and air conditioning. The dining area within the living room has seating for 9 people around an amply sized table.

The kitchen, which is accessed from the hallway, is modern, bright, spacious and equipped with everything you need for your holiday. There is ample work surface, a 4-ring electric cooker, double oven, large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, table and chairs and direct access out onto the pool area and gardens.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a toilet with sink plus an additional utility room with washing machine. Also situated on the ground floor is a spacious bathroom with large shower, a bidet and toilet.

3 of the 4 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. All are doubles and all enjoy direct access to the pool area and gardens.

Top Floor
The whole top floor of the villa is taken up by a large master suite with room for a double and single. The high beamed ceiling creates a light and airy feel to the room. The suite features fitted wardrobes, a full bathroom with bath, shower and washbasins, and access to a delghtful private terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens.

Bedroom 2 - twin beds with fitted wardrobe and access to pool and gardens.

Outside Space
Villa San Marti has a large garden with well kept lawns surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean plants and olive trees. The centrepiece of the garden is the large swimming pool. There is plenty of terrace area for sunbathing, relaxing and al fresco dining. There is a covered terrace plus BBQ area and pergola. There are 5 sunloungers and plenty of other seating.

The private driveway provides secure and covered parking for 2 cars and there is also plenty of on-street parking around the villa.

OTHER INFORMATION
Although a local bus and taxi service is available we do recommend hiring a car in order to fully enjoy the local amenities and attractions.

Unfortunately, Villa San Marti is not suitable for wheelchair users.

01/09/2013 to 31/10/2013 - 1,500 euros (min 7 nights)

Change over day is Friday

(A 100 euro cleaning fee is payable in addition to the above rental fees.)
