Located in the Mas Mestre hills, and just 10 minutes drive from Sitges and beaches, Villa Rosella features a large 9m x 3.5m private swimming pool surrounded by attractive wooden decking and expansive gardens.

The thoughtful use of high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, open plan spaces and stylish contemporary furnishing has created a wonderful sense of space, light and calmness. All the ground  floor bedrooms have large sliding doors giving direct access to the pool area or a private terrace. Villa Rosella has been thoughtfully designed to make the very best of the sunny Mediterranean climate and outdoor lifestyle and this makes it an ideal holiday home.

Villa Rosella offers a calm and relaxing setting for your holiday and yet is just a short drive to the bustling seaside town of Sitges with it’s boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches. The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away and numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip.

ACCOMMODATION
Villa Rosella is immaculately presented and equipped to the very good standards expected of a quality holiday home. Villa Rosella offers spacious, bright and comfortable accommodation arranged as follows;

Ground Floor
The main feature of the ground floor is a wonderful open plan living room with dining area, high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows looking out over the pool area. This is a delightful living and indoor dining space which is full of light and tastefully furnished.  There is a comfortable sofa, a large flat screen TV, sound system and DVD player.

The spacious and fully equiped kitchen is accessed from the living room and includes a double sink, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle. There is also a door out onto a delightful little morning terrace at the back of the kitchen.  

Also on the ground floor are 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite, 1 double, 1 twin) plus an additional full bathroom. All of the ground floor bedrooms have large double sliding doors providing direct access to the terrace and pool area.

First Floor
A staircase from the lounge area leads directly up to a wonderful open plan mezzanie covering the whole of the top floor with huge floor to ceiling windows and acces to 2 private terraces. There is space to sleep 2 people plus a shower room and toilet.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 -  master ensuite, double bed, full bathroom & access to pool & gardens.
Bedroom 2 - twin beds with access to pool & gardens. 
Bedroom 3 - double bed with access to pool & gardens. 
Bedroom 4 - Mezzanie open plan ensuite (top floor), double & single, shower room, 2 terraces.

Bathrooms
Bathroom 1 - ensuite, wc, bath and sink.
Bathroom 2 - bath, wc and sink
Bathroom 3 - en-suite (top floor), shower, wc and sink.

Outside Space
Villa Rosella has been purposefully designed around the sunny outside space. The centrepiece is without doubt the swimming pool and surrounding wooden decking that provides ideal sunbathing area. There is plenty of terrace area for sunbathing, relaxing and al fresco dining. There is a BBQ, 5 sunloungers and plenty of other seating.

The garden is stocked with Mediterranean plants and shrubs and offers cool shady corners during the heat of the day. There is also a trampoline to keep the children amused while you relax.

The private driveway provides secure and covered parking for 2 cars and there is also plenty of on-street parking around the villa.

OTHER INFORMATION
Although a local bus and taxi service is available we do recommend hiring a car in order to fully enjoy the local amenities and attractions.

Unfortunately, Villa Rosella is not suitable for wheelchair users.

16/04/2011 to 30/04/2011 - 1,400 euros (min 3 nights)
01/05/2011 to 16/06/2011 - 1,200 euros (min 7 nights)
16/06/2011 to 03/09/2011 - 1,950 euros (min 7 nights)
03/09/2011 to 31/10/2011 - 1,200 euros (min 7 nights)
31/10/2011 to 18/12/2011 -    800 euros (min 3 nights)
Christmas/New Year           - 1,400 euros (min 3 nights)

(A 100 euro cleaning fee is payable in addition to the above rental fees)
