Sleeps 10 (6 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms) - Villa Mila is a charming holiday villa nestling in the hills of Mas Alba, a 3 minute drive from Sitges.
Villa Mila is the perfect villa for enjoying the Mediterranean sun and warm evenings, The villa is surrounded by terraces and corners for dining and relaxing. The garden features a large 8x4 private swimming pool, a full outdoor kitchen with bar and large dining area that seats up to 12 people.
When entering the villa you go directly into the large open plan living /dining area, furnished with classic, warm furniture, the dining area opens out to the front garden and the side of the villa, where the pool is just a few steps up.
To your left is the first of the 6 bedrooms, it’s a calm twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and an ensuite shower room.
To the end of the living room is the large rustic style fully equipped kitchen that features a large dining table. To the end of the kitchen are the stairs leading up to the first floor.
The first floor features the 5 bedrooms, directly ahead of you is the large bedroom with a double bed and built in wardrobes. The single room is to your left and the triple room and the double room are to your right.
At the end of the hallway it opens up to a large room with a single bed and bar football for your entertainment. This room also has direct access to a nice chill out louge area that has views overlooking the surrounding hills.
Outside Space
Villa Milá has everything you could ask for and more. The villa is surrounded by terraces and chill out areas. Towards the back of the villa you have a great outdoor kitchen with bar area and full dining area that connects nicely to the swimming pool area, at the other end of the swimming pool is another chill out area with a cabana and plenty of sun beds to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun and peace.
There is plenty of free street parking available at this property.
Sitges and beaches are 3 minute drive away.

Villa Mila can sleep up to 11 people in 6 bedrooms arranged as follows;
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1- Twin with ensuite and built in wardrobes – ground floor
Bedroom 2 – Master double bedroom – first floor
Bedroom 3 – Double and a single bed – first floor
Bedroom 4 – Double bed.
Bedroom 5 - Single bed.
Bedroom 6 – Single bed with chill out Terrace
Bathrooms:
Bathroom One – Shower and toilet, ensuite to bedroom one
Bathroom Two – Large shower, twin sinks and toilet.
Bathroom Three – ground floor level - toilet and sink.
OTHER INFORMATION
Although a local bus and taxi service is available we do recommend hiring a car in order to fully enjoy the local amenities and attractions.
Villa Mila is suitable for wheelchair users.
RENTAL PRICES
Villa Mila is available for rental during July and August only. Weekly rental prices for Villa Mila are as follows;
June to September - 2,850 euros (min 7 nights)
(A 100 euro cleaning fee is payable in addition to the above rental fees.)
