Sleeps 9 (5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms) - Villa Luna is a truly charming Ibizan style holiday villa nestling in the sunny hills of Las Colinas and offering spectacular, panoramic views across the valley to the 500 meter high peaks of the Garraf Natural Park.
Villa Luna features a large 10x3 private swimming pool to the rear of the property and a delightful, sunny and enclosed courtyard filled with lush palms and Mediterranean plants to the front. The design of the pool makes it ideal for exercising as well as for having fun with the kids.
On the top floor (entry level) there is a large terrace attached to the lounge area that is ideal for dining or relaxing while enjoying the breathtaking views. The 30sqm lounge is comfortably and stylishly furnished and features large French windows onto the terrace and also enjoys the panoramic views. It also has a large open fireplace to warm you on those cooler out of season evenings.
Also on the top floor is a brand new open design kitchen with a spacious breakfast bar dining area area plus 2 double bedrooms and complete bathroom.
The lower floor features a master en-suite bedroom with large walk-in wardrobe area and direct access onto the pool area and rear garden. There are 2 further bedrooms with bunk-beds, a large bathroom with twin washbasins and large bath, plus a library area packed with hundreds of books for both adults and children.
The pool area includes plenty of terraces and lawns for sunbathing as well as a covered cabana for shade from the hot afternoon sun. There is a further 25m terrace to the side of the house.
There is plenty of free street parking available at this property.
Sitges and beaches are a very scenic 15 minute drive away.

Bathroom Three - Entrance level - Bath with shower, toilet and sink.
OTHER INFORMATION
Although a local bus and taxi service is available we do recommend hiring a car in order to fully enjoy the local amenities and attractions.
Unfortunately, Villa Luna is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Villa Luna is available for rental from June 2012. Weekly rental prices for Villa Luna are as follows;
31/10/2012 to 18/12/2012 - 1,200 euros (min 3 nights)
Christmas/New Year - 1,800 euros (min 3 nights)
08/01/2013 to 30/03/2013 - 1,200 euros (min 3 nights)
30/03/2013 to 01/06/2013 - 1,500 euros (min 3 nights)
01/06/2013 to 29/06/2013 - 1,750 euros (min 7 nights)
29/06/2013 to 01/09/2013 - 2,250 euros (min 7 nights)
01/09/2013 to 31/10/2013 - 1,500 euros (min 7 nights)
(A 100 euro cleaning fee is payable in addition to the above rental fees.)
