Villa Las Palmeras can best be described as ‘chic Mediterranean’ in the ‘modern Ibizan style’ and features wonderfully curved terraces and ‘turret’ style kitchen with picture windows.

The thoughtful design and extensive use of glass means that every room is filled with bright Mediterranean light and enjoys extensive panoramas. The interior furnishings and decor are modern, stylish and exuberant and there are polished wooden floors throughout.

The centerpiece of the sunny gardens has to be the magnificent 8m x 4.5m infinity pool, positioned perfectly to maximize the guests’ enjoyment of all-day sunshine and stunning views. In addition, there is a large wooden deck, which is ideal for soaking up the sun and relaxing, and a pergola with lounge seating and BBQ providing shade during the day and an ideal place for enjoying outdoor meals and entertaining in the evening.

One of the highlights of a stay in this villa has to be enjoying a drink around the pool in the evening while watching the beautiful sunset.

ACCOMMODATION

Villa Las Palmeras offers bright and very comfortable accommodation arranged over 2 floors as follows;

Ground Floor
You enter Villa Las Palmeras through a private driveway. At the top of the drive and up a few steps is the beautiful infinity pool with the entrance to the house just a step away. 

You enter into the open plan living room, which is full of chic, quirky furniture, with roman columns giving definition to the room and separating it from the quaint dining area. The large, open plan and fully equipped kitchen is to your right and features a grand chandelier. The dining area has magnificent bay windows that capture the stunning views across Sitges and out to sea.  

There are large windows and doors all along the front of the villa stretching from the ‘turret’ style kitchen at one end to the living room at the other, giving easy access to the terraces and pool area while enjoying the  stunning vistas. 

The ground floor also conveniently features a toilet with washbasin.

First Floor
The top floor of the villa features four amply sized bedrooms all enjoying the spectacular views. The chic master suite has a private ensuite bathroom plus exclusive access to a private terrace.  

The other 3 bedrooms have use of a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Villa Las Palmeras has the perfect outside space for a truly relaxing holiday.

Directly in front of the villa is the fantastic 8m x 4m meter infinity swimming pool with a large wooden decked sunbathing area. There is a large wooden pergola with lounge seating and BBQ area just beside the pool.

There is free on-street parking at the front of the villa and no permits are required.

OTHER INFORMATION
Bus and taxi services are easily available; however, the centre of Sitges is an enjoyable 25-minute stroll away.

Villa Las Palmeras is not suitable for wheelchair users.

The Pool is located directly in front of the villa and access is unrestricted, which should be taken in consideration by families with small children.
