Sleeps 12 (5 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) - Villa Gabarres is a charming Mediterranean style house in an idyllic setting amongst the pine scented hills of Mas Mestre and just a 10-minute scenic drive from Sitges and beaches. The 250sqm villa interior has been tastefully furnished to a high standard in a rustic style and the large house oozes Mediterranean charm.

The villa has a beautiful 7 x 4 meter swimming pool exclusively for guest use and a large tiled sunbathing area. There are pleasant views of the surrounding hills from the pool and terrace area. The villa is surrounded by attractive gardens, which are well stocked with palms and Mediterranean plants offering cool shady corners during the heat of the day. The rear garden area also offers a trampoline and children’s play area.

Warm summer evenings are spent outside on the large dining area adjacent to the kitchen where a BBQ and oven make outdoor cooking and eating a truly delightful experience.

Villa Gabarres is equipped to the high standards expected of a quality holiday home and offers every amenity necessary to make your holiday a memorable experience.

This property offers a calm and tranquil setting for your holiday and yet is just a short drive to the bustling seaside town of Sitges with it’s boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches. The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away and numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip.

ACCOMMODATION
Villa Gabarres can sleep up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms arranged as follows;

Master Bedroom - large double (plus sofabed).
Bedroom 2 - Double and 1 Single
Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds.
Bedroom 4 - 2 x single beds.
Bedroom 5 - 1 double or twin

The kitchen is open plan and modern and offers direct access onto the garden and the outdoor dining area. The dining table in the kitchen can seat 8 people and the dining table on the terrace can seat up to 10. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with panoramic views over the surrounding hills.

Off-street parking for 2 cars is available at this villa. There is also unlimited and free on-street parking at both the front and rear of the villa and no permits are required.

OTHER INFORMATION
Although a local bus and taxi service is available we do recommend hiring a car in order to fully enjoy the local amenities and attractions.

Unfortunately, Villa Gabarres is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Weekend breaks are available out of season so please enquire for rates and availability.

(A 100 euro cleaning fee is payable in addition to the above rental fees.)
