The centerpiece of the gardens is the wonderful 9x6m swimming pool, which is surrounded by large sun terraces, lush lawns and plenty of sun loungers for relaxation. The villa also enjoys tantalising glimpses of the blue Mediterranean Sea.
The villa interior features cool terracotta tile floors and strong Mediterranean colours throughout. All of the rooms are spacious, light and airy.

Villa El Zorongo is perfectly presented and equipped to the highest standards expected of a premium quality holiday home. The property offers spacious, bright and very comfortable accommodation arranged as follows;
The ground floor is made up of a garage, a large utility room with washing machine, hanging space, sink and ironing board, and a toilet. There is also a wine cellar offering a cool space to enjoy a glass of wine during the hot afternoons. Attached to the ground floor is a large covered terrace area with a sofa and chairs and direct access to the pool area and garden.
Also on this floor is a twin bedroom, which is accessed from the lower level or the first level.
Stairs from the ground floor lead up to the first floor featuring a large lounge/diner and kitchen. The lounge/diner is spacious and attractive with sliding doors out onto a lovely terrace that overlooks the pool and gardens and enjoys sea views.
The lounge has large, comfortable sofas and an attractive fireplace for those cooler out of season nights. There is also a large dining table that can seat 13 people and a TV with DVD. The terrace also has a dining table and chairs.
The charming rustic Spanish style kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of space and work areas. There is a table with bench seating and the windows offer pleasant views out to the gardens. Equipment includes a double sink, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
A few steps up are 2 large, light and airy double bedrooms sharing a large bathroom, 1 twin with bunkbeds, and a large ensuite with huge built in wardrobes, a full bathroom and private terrace with sea views.
The top floor is taken up completely by a hugely impressive luxury master ensuite with large jacuzzi, shower, double sink, bidet, 2 private terraces with seas views and spacious walk in wardrobe area.

The gardens and terraces of Villa Zorongo are exceptional. The extensive gardens are lush, well maintained and planted with large palms, lemon trees and other Mediterranean plants providing cool shady corners during the heat of the day.
The centrepiece of the outside space is without doubt the impressive swimming pool and surrounding terraces with plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and al fresco dining. There is a large BBQ area and covered dining area to the rear of the house for outside eating and a ping pong table to keep the kids amused. The garden and pool area has plenty of sunloungers and other seating.
Also situated in the garden is a sauna room and shower.
The private driveway is accessed through an automatic door and there is secure off-street parking for 2 cars.
Unfortunately, Villa El Zorongo is not suitable for wheelchair users.
