Sleeps 12/13 (6 bedrooms/3 bathrooms) - Villa Balzar is an old rustic farmhouse that has been lovingly restored to create a delightful family holiday home just 10 minutes drive from Sitges and beaches. It offers 350 sqm of living space designed in a minimal, functional and very comfortable style plus a fantastic 8.5m x 4.5m private swimming pool.

The farmhouse has a lovely bright airy feel and great open plan areas including separate lounges, a huge and sunny pool terrace as well as many private patios ideal to catch up on reading or just to have a quiet nap. Traditional materials were used to restore the farmhouse including original stone flooring, teak windows and doors complemented by high quality bathrooms and fixtures.

Villa Balzar is ideal for large groups or multiple families holidaying together, or for those looking for a more traditional and rustic holiday experience.

ACCOMMODATION
Villa Balzar can sleep up to 12/13 people comfortably in 6 bright and comfortably sized bedrooms arranged over 3 floors.

The villa layout is as follows;

Entrance Level
Entry to the villa is through a large rustic door which opens into a large dining area with open plan kitchen and small patio. There are steps down to a spacious living room with patio doors to a delightful terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Behind the living room is a single bedroom and toilet.

Garden Level
Steps down from the ground floor to a second living room with huge patio doors opening out to the pool area. There are also a double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchenette to service the garden area, complete with microwave, small fridge, sink and work surface..

First Floor
The top floor features a large Master Suite with large bathroom, a private terrace and a dressing room. In addition there is a spacious single bedroom, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with a double bed and single. There is als a large bathroom which enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding hills.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equiped with everything you need for your holiday.

Suite - large double bed plus single day bed. Full bathroom.
Bed 2 - double bed and single bed.
Bed 3 - Small double bed.
Bed 4 - Small double bed.
Bed 5 - Single bed on entrance level
Bed 6 - double bed (ground floor).
Double sofa bed (in living room).

En-suite to bedroom 1: WC, bidet, twin basins, bath, shower.
Bathroom 2: WC, twin basins, bath with shower over.
Bathroom 3: WC, basin, walk in shower.
Guest toilet: WC, basin.

Outside Space
The villa is set on a large plot of 1,000 sqm and featured attractive gardens to the rear of the property, which are well stocked with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees offering cool shady corners during the heat of the day.

There is a large (8.5m x 4.5m) private swimming pool surrounded by a huge and sunny terrace complete with plenty of sung loungers and other seating. There is also a barbecue and pool and terrace lighting for those atmospheric evenings.

There is also unlimited and free on-street parking at front of the villa and no permits are required.

OTHER INFORMATION
Although a local bus and taxi service is available we do recommend hiring a car in order to fully enjoy the local amenities and attractions.

Unfortunately, Villa Balzar is not suitable for wheelchair users.

01/04/2013 to 08/06/2013 - 1,800 euros (min 7 nights)
08/06/2013 to 07/07/2013 - 2,400 euros  (min 7 nights)
07/07/2013 to 31/08/2013 - 3,100 euros  (min 7 nights)
31/08/2013 to 21/09/2013 - 2,200 euros  (min 7 nights)
21/09/2013 to 31/10/2013 - 1,500 euros  (min 3 nights)

Weekend breaks are available out of season so please enquire for rates and availability.

(A 100 euro cleaning fee is payable in addition to the above rental fees.) (fuel charge of 200€ in the winter months)
