Sleeps 8 (4 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms) Casa Del Xot is a delightful holiday home designed in classic rustic Catalan farmhouse style. The house features a superb 8m x 5m private swimming pool surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens and makes an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday.

The villa is conveniently situated in the attractive pine covered hills of Mas Mestre and backs on to the beautiful Garraf Natural Park, offering plenty of opportunity for great walks and bike rides directly from the house.

The house is tastefully furnished to a good standard and is fully equipped with everything necessary to make your holiday a memorable experience.

Despite its peaceful location, Casa Del Xot is only a 10-minute scenic drive through beautiful vineyards and mountains to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges with its abundance of boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches. The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away while numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip.

The villa is only 5 minutes from the small town of St Pere De Ribes with its supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, and is easily accessible from Barcelona, Reus & Girona airports.

ACCOMMODATION 
Casa Del Xot can sleep up to 8 people in 4 bright bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms arranged as follows;

Ground floor:

Casa Del Xot’s front entrance opens into a spacious hallway which leads to the large living/dining space. The large living room has large sliding glass doors on three sides, all leading out to either the gardens, BBQ area or the swimming pool.  The large glass doors create a bright and sunny atmosphere.

The fully equipped rustic style kitchen is located on the entrance level and is accessed directly from the hallway.

Also on the entrance level is a toilet and sink.

First Floor
The first floor comprises of 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms configured as follows:

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom – double bed with ensuite bathroom and large built in wardrobe area.
Bedroom 2 – double with built in wardrobes
Bedroom 3 – double with built in wardrobes
Bedroom 4 – twin beds with built in wardrobes.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom One - Ensuite bath and shower with bidet and toilet
Bathroom Two - bath, shower and toilet
The third bathroom is located on the ground floor.

Outside Space
Casa Del Xot is surrounded by a large garden with lawns and Mediterranean plants. The centre piece of the garden is the large swimming pool. There is plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing.  Leading directly from the living room is a covered terrace with BBQ area and plenty of seating for al fresco dining.  The swimming pool area is surrounded by a fence so that access to the swimming pool can be controlled.

There is also unlimited and free on-street parking at the front of the villa and no permits are required.

OTHER INFORMATION
Although local bus and taxi services are available we do recommend hiring a car in order to take full advantage of the local amenities and attractions.

Unfortunately, Casa Del Xot is not suitable for wheelchair users.

15/09/2012 to 31/10/2012 -  1,100 euros (min 3 nights)
31/10/2012 to 22/12/2012 -    900 euros (min 3 nights)
Christmas and New Year     -  1,400 euros (min 7 nights)
07/01/2013 to 31/03/2013 -  1,000 euros (min 3 nights)
01/04/2013 to 30/06/2013 -  1,350 euros (min 7 nights)
01/07/2013 to 07/09/2013 – 1,850 euros  (min 7 nights)
07/09/2013 to 21/09/2013 – 1,350 euros  (min 7 nights)
21/09/2013 to 22/12/2013 - 1,100 euros  (min 3 nights)

Saturday is change over day.

Weekend breaks are available out of season so please enquire for rates and availability.

(A 100 euro cleaning fee is payable in addition to the above rental fees.)
