Once you have confirmed that the property is available you can secure your booking by paying a non-refundable deposit of 30% of villa rental. The balance of your booking is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payments are accepted through bank transfer. The full amount of the rental is payable where a booking is made within 6 weeks of travel.

A damage deposit of €700 is payable by bank transfer prior to your arrival. This damage deposit protects against accidental breakages, telephone, central heating and any other services which cost extra as detailed in the property description. The damage deposit will be returned within 7 days following departure if everything is in order. 

A cleaning fee of €100 is to be paid in cash on arrival.
